John Harmon

John Harmon, PMP, SPC, is an Associate Director of Program Management at Biogen, with over 25 years of experience in IT leadership and project management. Previously, they held roles at Fidelity Investments as Director and at Brown University as Workday Program Manager, where they led major initiatives to enhance business processes and technological infrastructure. John has successfully managed high-risk projects, including the launch of Agile Release Trains and the migration of commercial data to the cloud. They hold a BA in English from Duke University and are certified in the Scaled Agile Framework and as a Project Management Professional.
