John McKinley

John McKinley is an accomplished Senior Network Engineer and Architect with extensive experience in managing complex data communications issues across multiple global locations. Currently serving at Biogen since October 2019, John acts as the escalation point for critical communication issues involving two manufacturing sites, six data centers, and 40 sites across 26 countries, utilizing Cisco technologies. Previously, John held key roles at NTT and Syneos Health, where responsibilities included resolving chronic communication issues and managing extensive WAN connectivity for numerous global sites. Experience at Cisco Systems and Glaxo Smith Kline further honed John’s skills in customer support and WAN routing for large-scale networks. John’s career began at Verizon, where engagement with global customers focused on LAN, WAN, and VOIP solutions. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from La Salle University.
