Katherine Dawson

Katherine Dawson serves as Senior Vice President of the Therapeutics Development Unit and Director of the Biogen Foundation at Biogen, where leadership includes overseeing clinical studies across various therapeutic areas such as Neurovascular, Neuropathic Pain, and Rare Epilepsies. With extensive experience in multiple senior roles, Katherine has contributed significantly to late-stage clinical development and medical operations, including the successful delivery of the drug Tecfidera. Prior to Biogen, Katherine held various positions at Massachusetts General Hospital, including Clinical Instructor and Neurology Resident, and completed advanced training in Clinical Neurophysiology. Katherine holds an M.D. from Albert Einstein College of Medicine and a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Psychology from Columbia University.
