Marta Mielniczuk

Marta Mielniczuk is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data and analytics management across leading companies in the pharmaceuticals and consumer goods sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Data & Analytics ECP at Biogen since April 2021, Marta spearheads the transformation of the D&A organization, establishing a clear vision and a three-year roadmap that includes critical data operations services. Previously, Marta held the position of Director at Sanofi, leading global multichannel data and digital analytics services, and worked at Procter & Gamble managing CRM analytics and digital marketing initiatives. Marta holds a Master of Science degree from Lodz University of Technology and has participated in an Erasmus program at Turku University of Applied Sciences, specializing in International Business.
