Piotr Sleczka

Piotr Sleczka is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience, currently serving as Head of HR at Biogen since June 2018, where responsibilities include establishing HR foundations for the Global Business Services function in Poland. Prior to Biogen, Piotr was a Partner at WNCL, a consulting firm focused on strategic HR advisory from 2011 to May 2018. Earlier roles include Group Human Resources Director at GTS Central Europe, where Piotr built a regional HR function across multiple countries, and various HR Director positions at GTS Energis and Gravitas Management, overseeing restructuring and organizational strategies.
