Rose M. Domingo-Horne

Rose M. Domingo-Horne, MD, currently serves as Medical Director & Global Safety Officer in Global Medical Safety at Biogen since August 2020, focusing on multiple sclerosis and Friedreich’s Ataxia, while also holding positions in global and US medical affairs for amyotrophic lateral sclerosis and neuromuscular disorders. Prior to Biogen, Rose M. Domingo-Horne worked at Boston University School of Medicine as Assistant Professor of Neurology and Instructor, and lectured at Harvard Medical School. Experience also includes roles as Faculty Neurologist in the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and Staff Neurologist at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Plymouth. Rose M. Domingo-Horne completed medical training at St. George's University, obtaining an MD, and holds a BA in Pre-Professional Studies & Psychology from the University of Notre Dame.
