Tendresse L. Messa

Tendresse L. Messa is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in quality assurance, healthcare technology, and community engagement. Currently serving as a Senior Quality Assurance/Quality Control DICOM Analyst at Biogen since May 2022, Tendresse performs in-depth analyses on real-world imaging data while managing quality control processes. As the Founder of 4Congo, a nonprofit organization established in September 2015, Tendresse oversees operations and develops effective accounting policies. Previous roles include Telemetry Technician at Rex Healthcare, where Tendresse monitored patients' heart rhythms, and positions at WakeMed, PPD, and as a goodwill ambassador for Miss Democratic Republic of Congo USA and Miss Congo North Carolina 2016, focusing on social advocacy.
