Martha Schlicher

Martha Schlicher is a seasoned executive with extensive leadership experience in the AgriFoodTech and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Impetus Agriculture, Inc. since May 2020, Martha also holds several board positions, including Member of the Board of Directors at Vive Crop Protection and Chair of the Board of Directors at Solis Agrosciences. Prior roles include Executive in Residence at BioGenerator, Executive Chair of the Board at Plastomics, and Vice President of R&D at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals. With a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, Martha has a strong educational foundation to complement their professional achievements.
