Karsten Lindhardt

Karsten Lindhardt is the CEO and founder of Biograil, a company that specializes in developing oral delivery systems for peptides. Prior to Biograil, Lindhardt served as the Chief Scientific Officer at Egalet Corporation from December 2013 to January 2019. In this role, Lindhardt was responsible for providing scientific input to business development, commercial, and marketing strategies. Karsten also invented a novel technology for oral delivery of peptides that has the potential to disrupt the market.

Before Egalet, Lindhardt was a co-founder and non-executive director at Porthos Group Consulting from June 2019 to June 2021. Porthos is a Danish consulting firm that helps businesses optimize their operations, finances, marketing, and organization. With a solid and complementary professional background, Porthos is able to quickly identify the challenges that affect a company's performance and potential. Porthos works with some of Denmark's best specialists in economics, branding, web design, and HR.

Lindhardt has also served as the chairman of Energipension Brandenburg K/S and as the VP of R&D and site manager at Egalet Ltd.

Karsten Lindhardt has a diploma in business administration and management from Copenhagen Business School. Karsten also has an MSc and PhD in pharmacology and biopharmacy from Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet.
