Camille Delcroix

Camille Delcroix is an experienced human resources professional and lawyer with a strong background in labor law and social law. Currently serving as Responsable des ressources humaines at BIOGROUP since October 2022, Camille oversees personnel administration, provides training to managers, manages employee representative bodies, and prepares negotiations with unions. Prior to this role, Camille worked at W-LEGAL as an Avocat collaborateur, advising companies on labor law and social security matters, as well as at DM Avocats in social law. Camille has also served as an Intervenante at SKEMA Business School and held a position as a Juriste en Droit Social at ADEO Services, where responsibilities included legal advice and contract drafting. Educational qualifications include a Certificat d'Aptitude à la Profession d'Avocat from Ecole des avocats Nord-Ouest and a double degree in Business Law and Management from SKEMA Business School.
