Merja Vainio

Merja Vainio currently serves as a Compliance Manager at Biohit Oyj since January 2022. Previously, Merja held the position of Senior Regulatory Affairs Expert at Oy Medfiles Ltd from September 2018 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Productization Manager at Pharmia Ltd from August 2010 to August 2018, where responsibilities included the productization of medical devices and the development of quality management systems aligned with EU standards. Earlier, Merja worked at Mobidiag from July 2001 to August 2010, first as Quality Manager, focusing on ISO-9001 and 13485 quality management systems, and then as Lab Manager, leading R&D efforts for in-vitro diagnostic tests.
