Andrew Baroody

Andrew Baroody joined BioHorizons in 2005 as Director of Customer Care and was promoted to Vice-President of Sales Operations in 2008. Prior to joining BioHorizons, he served as General Manager for both Carlson and Darden Restaurants from 1992 until 2005. He has over 25 years of experience in customer relations. Andrew currently oversees the Customer Care, International Sales Operations, and Returns and Complaints teams and liaises with the US Sales team on sales operations. He also builds, manages, and maintains relationships with Dental Service Organizations working with the company. Andrew received his B.A. in English from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
