Ronald Dubois

Ronald Dubois MBA is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Chief of Staff at BioHorizons since October 2024, Ronald leads strategic initiatives focused on operational efficiency and global alignment. Prior roles include Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Charlotte's Web and Senior Director of Sales for the Central Region at BioHorizons, where Ronald achieved significant sales growth and earned multiple accolades, including Director and Region of the Year awards. Ronald's earlier career includes positions at Eli Lilly and Company as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative and at John Gault Solutions as Project Manager in Marketing. Ronald holds an MBA from Penn State University, a Doctor of Law from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, and a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College.
