Shengying Pan

Shengying Pan is the Chief System Architect at Bioinformatics Solutions Inc. where Shengying has designed and implemented cluster-based, distributed computing framework for protein identification and quantification on large scale mass spectrometry data. Prior to this role, Shengying worked as a Team Lead, Software Architect at the same company. Shengying has also served as the Director of Software Development at Quantum Cube Corporation and has experience in software development, architecture, and machine learning in various industries such as financial markets, gaming, and online publishing. Shengying holds a Master of Mathematics in Artificial Intelligence and a Bachelor of Mathematics in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo.
