Petar Todorov

Petar Todorov is a Business Development Associate at BioInnovation Institute, with a strong background in biotechnology and research. Previously, Petar completed a PhD at the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Basic Metabolic Research, and served as a Research Assistant during that time. Petar was a Venture Creator Fellow at Novo Holdings, focusing on translating scientific advancements into practical applications. Experience also includes serving as Vice President of GapSummit 2019, contributing to discussions on biotechnology leadership, and working as a Scientific Software Programmer at Harvard Medical School, developing software for automated natural language processing. Earlier roles included positions as an IMED Graduate Scientist at AstraZeneca, founding director of the Tufts iGEM team, and various research roles exploring gene expression and antimicrobial compounds. Petar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Tufts University.
