Frank O'Neill

Frank O'Neill has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Frank is currently working as the Director of Systems Engineering at BioIntelliSense, Inc since September 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Technology at AireHealth, starting in July 2019. At AireHealth, they were responsible for innovation and product development, securing a 510k on the first product and leading a development team.

Before joining AireHealth, Frank worked at Philips from May 2011 to June 2019. Frank held the position of Innovation Lead, where they were responsible for the technology roadmap for medical consumables and sensors. Frank also supported marketing and research in the creation of new solutions. Additionally, Frank served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Philips, leading a team that developed market-leading solutions for MR patient care and interventional cardiology.

Prior to their role at Philips, Frank worked at Boston Scientific as a Principal Engineer from May 2005 to May 2011. Frank was the Team Lead for cross-functional international implantable medical device development projects, including the development of the world's longest-lasting implantable device battery.

Earlier in their career, Frank worked at CBW Automation as an Engineering Team Lead from 2003 to 2005, at DWFritz Automation as a Project Engineer from February 2001 to February 2003, at Broadcast Sports Inc as a Mechanical Engineer from March 1998 to March 2001, and at Materials Research Group as a Mechanical Engineer from March 1995 to March 1998.
