Lumi Skiba

Lumi Skiba has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. They started their career in 1996 as a Quality Assurance Manager at Menorah Izu Aharon Group Ltd. They then moved on to work as a Quality Assurance Manager at TAV Medical from 1999 to 2001. During this time, they were responsible for developing and implementing a Quality Management System and leading the certification process for medical device manufacturers.

In 2001, Lumi joined TAG Medical Products Corporation Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Manager. They held this role until 2004, focusing on supplier qualification, personnel training, and implementing corrective action plans.

From 2005 to 2019, Lumi worked at Vomaris Innovations, Inc. as the Director of Operations and later as the Director of Quality Assurance. In their role as Director of Operations, they oversaw manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and introduced new technologies and equipment. As the Director of Quality Assurance, they supported the Quality Management System and ensured compliance with quality objectives and regulatory requirements.

Most recently, Lumi Skiba worked at BioLab Sciences starting in December 2020 as the Vice President of Operations. In this position, they were responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, and overseeing operations activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective systems were implemented to meet the company's needs.

Lumi Skiba attended Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 1988 to 1991, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Lumi then went on to attend Braude Academic College from 1992 to 1995, where they obtained a Practical Engineer degree in Computers. Lumi Skiba also holds additional certifications as a Certified Quality Engineer from the Israel Society for Quality (ISQ) and as a Quality Auditor from SII-the standards institution of Israel.
