Shannon Smull Mendez

Shannon Smull Mendez currently serves as the Director of Marketing & Product Development at BioLab Sciences, a position held since December 2024. With extensive experience in the medical devices and orthobiologics sector, Shannon has been instrumental in leading product design, development, and launch efforts resulting in significant advancements such as the award-winning Bedrock Granite deformity product line at Si-Bone. Previous roles include Area Sales Director for Medacta USA, Associate Director of Commercialization & Product Marketing at SI-BONE, and various management positions at Bioventus, SeaSpine, Zimmer, NuVasive, and DJO Global. With a Master's in Business Administration focused on Marketing and Finance from the University of San Diego and a Bachelor's in History from California Polytechnic State University, Shannon has consistently driven sales growth and managed complex projects across diverse territories.
