They have worked as registered dental hygienists at ParkTree Community Health Center, Sycamore Creek Dental, and Healthy Smiles for Kids of Orange County (Non-Profit). They have also been adjunct faculty at San Joaquin Valley College-Ontario. Both members of the leadership team have a degree from Loma Linda University in Dental Hygiene/Hygienist and Registered Dental Hygienist.
