Jim Schindler

Jim Schindler has extensive work experience in the legal field. Jim is currently serving as the General Counsel and Vice President of Administration at BioLegend since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Masimo Corporation, where they held various positions including Senior Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from March 2016 to April 2021, Vice President, Assistant General Counsel from July 2014 to March 2016, and Senior Corporate Counsel from May 2011 to July 2014. Before joining Masimo Corporation, they were associated with Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as an Associate Counsel from January 2011 to May 2011 and as a Staff Attorney from June 2005 to January 2011. Jim also worked as an Associate at Palumbo Bergstrom LLP from April 2003 to June 2005 and at Ezer Williamson & Brown LLP from April 2002 to April 2003. Earlier in their career, they served as an Associate Account Manager at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company from August 2000 to April 2002. Jim began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Belski and Associates LLP from 1999 to 2000. Additionally, they gained experience as a Senate Intern at the Washington State Senate from January 1997 to April 1997.

Jim Schindler attended Community Colleges of Spokane from 1993 to 1995, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree with a focus on Liberal Arts. Jim then transferred to Eastern Washington University and studied there from 1995 to 1997, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Government. Jim continued their education at the University of San Diego School of Law from 1997 to 2000, obtaining a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
