Hannah Joy Elder, CAPM, CSPO

Hannah Joy Elder has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Hannah Joy started their career in 2014 as an Administrative Assistant at The Fishel Company, where they were responsible for creating a process manual and was actively involved in implementing a new accounting and tracking system.

In 2018, Hannah joined Dexcom as a Project Specialist 3, managing the documentation release process for medical device development programs. Hannah Joy also worked as a Project Specialist 4, leading the Dexcom Hospital Clinical Trial Dashboard software project and driving the delivery of maintenance releases. Additionally, they collaborated with the PMO Director and Quality Assurance leadership on process improvement efforts.

In 2022, Hannah transitioned to Genalyte, Inc., where they served as a Program Manager. Hannah Joy successfully fulfilled this role until January 2023.

Currently, Hannah is a Senior Program Manager at Biolinq, where they are responsible for overseeing and managing projects. The duration of their employment at Biolinq is ongoing, starting in January 2023.

Throughout their career, Hannah has demonstrated a strong ability to lead projects, implement processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Hannah Joy'sexperience showcases their expertise in program and project management.

Hannah Joy Elder, CAPM, CSPO, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Classical Studies from Willamette University from 2010 to 2014. Hannah Joy furthered their education with a semester-long program at College Year in Athens in 2012, where they studied Ancient/Classical Greek Language and Literature.

In addition to their academic achievements, Hannah Joy Elder has obtained professional certifications in project management and agile methodologies. Hannah Joy earned the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential from the Project Management Institute in May 2021. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in January 2022.
