Kristie Kinch

Kristie Kinch has over 30 years of experience in the Quality Assurance field. From 1990 to 2007, they worked for Aventis Behring, Favrille, Tandem Diabetes Care, Inc., Vital Therapies, Inc., and Grifols USA, LLC. In their roles, they reviewed and approved process related documentation, performed internal and external audits, investigated deviations, and generated investigation reports. From 2018 to 2022, they worked as the Associate Director of Quality at Biolinq, where they developed and improved Quality Systems, including Document Control, Change Control, Training, Supplier Management, Non-conformances, Corrective and Preventive Actions, and Post Market Surveillance. Kristie also managed internal and external audits and audit outcomes.

Kristie Kinch obtained a Master of Science Quality Systems Management from Cambridge College Global - NEIB between 2019 and 2021. Kristie also earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Quality Systems Management from The National Graduate School of Quality Management (NGS) between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they hold a Certified Quality Auditor certification from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) - MENA and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from The W. Edwards Deming Institute.
