Todd Newhouse

Todd Newhouse has a strong background in the hardware industry, with extensive experience in mechanical engineering and development. Todd is currently the Vice President of Wearable Hardware at Biolinq since March 2023. Prior to that, Todd held the role of Vice President of Sensing Hardware at Rockley Photonics Inc. from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining Rockley Photonics, Todd worked at Dexcom for several years, where they held various roles including Senior Director of R&D from March 2018 to September 2021, Director of Mechanical Engineering from March 2015 to March 2018, and Senior Engineering Manager from April 2014 to March 2015.

Earlier in their career, Todd worked at Cyan, Inc. as an Optical Development Manager from July 2011 to April 2014, and as a Manager of Mechanical Engineering from October 2007 to July 2011. Prior to Cyan, Todd was a Manager of Mechanical Engineering at Tellabs from 2000 to 2007.

Todd Newhouse started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at Nortel, where they worked from 1995 to 2000. Todd'soverall work experience reflects a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and a progression into leadership roles within the hardware industry.

Todd Newhouse attended the University of Calgary from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
