Nicole Williams

Nicole Williams is an experienced customer support professional with a background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Customer Support Manager at BioLite since November 2020, Nicole previously held the position of Customer Support Representative within the same company. Prior experience includes working at Crye Precision LLC as a Customer Service Representative from December 2016 to November 2020 and at Macy's as the Levi’s Women Rotator Business Lead and Brand Specialist for KUT from the Kloth from March 2012 to November 2016. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Delaware State University, obtained in 2011.
