Sebastian Kuhnert

Sebastian Kuhnert has a diverse and extensive work experience. Sebastian is currently working at Biolitec as the Head of Organizational Development. Prior to that, they worked at Porsche Consulting where they held various roles including Manager, Senior Management Consultant, and Management Consultant. During their time at Porsche Consulting, Sebastian led national and international consultancy projects, focusing on corporate strategy, value creation, transformation, and operational excellence. Sebastian also played a key role in the development of consulting products, proposal preparation, and staff training. Before joining Porsche Consulting, Sebastian worked at MAN Truck & Bus AG as a Controller Business Structures & Cooperations, where they coordinated international cooperation projects, conducted financial analyses and reporting, and ensured goal achievement. Earlier in their career, Sebastian worked at Welt as a Weltreisender, and at Continental as an R&D Controller Business Unit Fuel Supply and Junior Investor Relations Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for R&D controlling, financial analysis, reporting, investor relations, compliance, and other related tasks. Sebastian has a Bachelor of Arts degree and started their career as a BA-Student/Auszubildender at Continental.

Sebastian Kuhnert completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration from Leibniz-Akademie Hannover, which they obtained from 2004 to 2007. Later, they pursued further education at the CFA Institute, where they acquired the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation by the year 2015.
