Jean-Claude MONGRENIER has a vast work experience in the healthcare industry. Jean-Claude started their career at Baxter Travenol in 1984, where they worked as a Responsible Commercial for the Transfusion division and later became the Chief of Hospital Products until 1987. Jean-Claude then joined Du Pont De Nemours as the Director of the Virological Diagnostic and Blood Processing Division from 1987 to 1990.

After that, they moved to JOHNSON & JOHNSON (Ortho Diagnostic System) and held various roles, starting as the Director of Sales and Marketing and later becoming the General Director of the French subsidiary from 1990 to 1997.

In 1998, MONGRENIER joined Chiron Corporation as the General Manager for Europe, a position they held until 2004. Finally, in 2005, they became the President of Biolog-id, where they currently work.

Jean-Claude Mongrenier obtained their Doctorate in Pharmacy (Docteur en Pharmacie) from the Faculté de Pharmacie Caen, where they specialized in Industrial Pharmacy. Additionally, they completed a postgraduate program in Business Administration (DESS Administration des Entreprises) at IAE Caen in 1983-1984. Furthermore, in the same year, they pursued an MBA program at the London Business School, which was affiliated with Coventry University. Prior to their higher education, Jean-Claude attended Lycée Malherbe, however, no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
