Kasia Proctor

Kasia Proctor has a diverse and extensive work experience. In 1999, they started their career as a Summer Intern at LifeScan. Following this, they joined the US Army - Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where they worked as a Graduate Student from 2002 to 2003. After that, they joined Molecular Devices and held various roles such as Manufacturing/NPI Engineer, Global Product Manager for Drug Discovery, and Global Product Manager for Bio Research. Kasia worked at Molecular Devices from 2004 to 2014.

In 2014, Kasia joined Agilent Technologies as a Senior Product Manager, and later became the Manager of Liquid Handling Automation Marketing. Kasia'sresponsibilities at Agilent included managing a team of product marketing managers, conducting market and competitive analysis, defining trends, evaluating new market opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Kasia worked at Agilent Technologies till the end of 2015.

Most recently, Kasia joined PozyTech Consulting LLC (formerly Busted Shots) in 2016 as a Principal Consultant. Currently, they are working as the Marketing and Business Development professional at Biolog, Inc. since May 2022.

Kasia Proctor attended California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in General Engineering. Kasia also pursued a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering at the same university during the same period. Additionally, Kasia obtained a certification in Bioscience Business and Marketing from UC Santa Cruz, but the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
