Rodel Quintos

Rodel Quintos has extensive work experience in the medical and biotechnology industries. Rodel is currently working as an Instrument Manufacturing Manager at Biolog, Inc. since 2022. Prior to that, they held various roles at Pulse Biosciences, Inc., including Associate Mechanical Engineer, Clinical Research Associate, and Associate Manufacturing Engineer from 2016 to 2022. Rodel also worked as an Associate Engineer at Earlens Corporation in 2015 and as a Sr. Designer at CIRTEC Medical Systems from 2013 to 2014. Rodel has experience as an Associate R&D Engineer at Biosensors Research USA in 2013 and as a Sr. R&D Technician II at Benvenue Medical from 2007 to 2013. Earlier in their career, Rodel worked at Guidant Corporation as a Sr. R&D Technician II from 1999 to 2005, at ATRIONIX INC as an R&D Technician II from 1998 to 1999, and at Boston Scientific as an R&D Technician from 1993 to 1998.

Rodel Quintos pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Arizona State University between 2019 and 2023. Prior to this, they attended San Jose State University from 2011 to 2012, where they studied Industrial Design for three semesters. Additionally, Rodel earned an Associate of Science degree in Personal Computer Technician from Sawyer College, and an AA degree in Science, Math, and Engineering from De Anza College. In terms of certifications, Rodel obtained various credentials such as "Building Your Team," "Lean Six Sigma Foundations," "Lean Six Sigma: Analyze, Improve, and Control Tools," "Lean Six Sigma: Define and Measure Tools," and "Operations Management Foundations" from LinkedIn in 2023. Rodel also received a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute in 2018, as well as a GCP for Clinical Investigations of Devices certification from the CITI Program, a Division of BRANY, in 2019.
