Arvind K Jain

Arvind K Jain is an experienced professional in pharmaceutical research and development, with a focus on mRNA vaccines and complex formulations. Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager in R&D at Biological E. Limited since April 2022, Arvind leads mRNA platform technology development. Prior to this role, Arvind held positions at SUN PHARMA, where responsibilities included formulation development for injectable products and lifecycle management. At Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd., Arvind concentrated on formulation R&D for oncology and ophthalmic nano-delivery systems. Arvind's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at the University of Oxford specializing in mRNA therapeutics and drug discovery, along with a PhD from Queen's University Belfast in gene delivery and nanomedicine. Additional early experience includes research at IIT Kanpur focused on drug delivery systems.
