Melissa Badding, PhD, DABT, is an experienced professional in the field of pharmacology and toxicology. Currently serving as the Director/Team Lead for Nonclinical Pharmacology/Toxicology at Biologics Consulting, Melissa has previously held prominent roles at Exponent, including Senior Managing Scientist and Managing Scientist, as well as a Senior Scientist focusing on toxicology. Other experience includes working as an Associate Service Fellow at the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (CDC/NIOSH) and contributing as a Doctoral Student Researcher at the University of Rochester Medical Center. Melissa's educational background includes a Ph.D. and an M.S. in Toxicology from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry, completed between 2007 and 2012.
