Diane Sweeney is an accomplished educator and curriculum developer with extensive experience in the field of science education. Currently serving as a Curriculum Developer at BioLogos since September 2017, Diane has also been the Biology Teacher and Science Department Chair at Sacred Heart Schools since August 2014. Previous roles include teaching AP Biology and Biotechnology at Punahou School and holding positions at Crystal Springs Uplands School, where Diane taught various science subjects including AP Biology, as well as serving as a Science Coordinator at Prince of Peace Lutheran School. Diane coauthored educational materials with Pearson and founded EduGen Inc., a nonprofit organization that provided biotechnology lab kits to high schools globally. An early career included research positions at Genencor International and the University of California, Riverside. Diane holds a Master's degree in Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry from the University of California, Riverside.
