Joyce Chin

Joyce Chin is a User Experience Designer currently serving as the UX Lead at Heartbeat since June 2021, where responsibilities include leading UX initiatives for notable clients such as Acadia, Bristol Myers Squibb, and Pfizer. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate User Experience Designer and User Experience Intern at Storysmith Productions, a Digital Design Intern at KIMØSABI, and a Graphic Designer focused on creating marketing materials for live events at various prominent NYC venues. Additional experience includes producing branding and design work for Pallet and Logistics Experts and a position as a 2D Visual Merchandising Intern at Tarte Cosmetics, contributing to design prototypes and adhering to branding guidelines. Joyce earned a Bachelor's degree in Advertising and Digital Design and an Associate degree in Communication Design from the Fashion Institute of Technology.
