Aaron Lifland

Aaron Lifland, PhD MBA, currently serves as Associate Director at BioMap since January 2022. Prior to this role, Lifland held various positions, including Director of Microscopy at Georgia Institute of Technology from September 2015 to December 2021, and Imaging Sales Specialist at PerkinElmer, Inc. from March 2014 to September 2015, where notable achievements included closing sales to pharmaceutical and academic accounts and contributing to a consultative sales process. Lifland also gained experience as Technical Sales Manager at Vutara, successfully advancing sales pipelines and presenting at international trade shows. Educationally, Lifland obtained an MBA from Georgia Institute of Technology in 2021, a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University between 2007 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art from 2003 to 2007.
