Floris van der Hulst currently serves as the Global Head of Manufacturing Excellence at BioMar, focusing on the development and deployment of the BioMar Manufacturing Platform with an emphasis on change management and operational excellence. Prior to this role, Floris spent nearly three decades at The HEINEKEN Company, where various positions included Global Process Excellence Manager, Global Continuous Process Improvement Lead, and Senior Continuous Process Improvement Specialist. Floris has a strong background in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, having trained colleagues globally and managed numerous continuous improvement projects across different business areas. Academic qualifications include multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and a degree in Financial Administration from NIFA, alongside earlier education in financial administration from Inholland University of Applied Sciences and MEAO Leiden.
