Ivana Russo

Ivana Russo has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as Formulation Manager and Sustainability Lead at BioMar since October 2017, where previous roles included Formulator, Assistant Formulator, and Business Support Advisor. Prior to this, Ivana held positions at The Restaurant Group plc as a waitress, Hilton Worldwide as a Food and Beverage Assistant, Language Team S.r.l. as an Activity Leader, and Renaissance Hotels as an Event Trainee. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Environmental Protection and Management from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism Management from Edinburgh Napier University, complemented by a linguistic diploma from Liceo Classico indirizzo Linguistico G. Galilei.
