Amanda Malec

Amanda Malec is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Sr Director of HR Business Partner at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since February 2016, Amanda's career includes progressive roles such as Director and Associate Director in the same company. Prior experience encompasses HR Manager positions at Grifols, where support was provided to R&D, Tech Ops, and Quality, and at Novartis, providing support to R&D and corporate functions while managing HR projects. Amanda began the career as a Human Resources Representative at Elan Pharmaceuticals. Educational accomplishments include a Master’s Degree in Psychology with an Industrial Organizational concentration from Springfield College and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of San Francisco.
