Eme Luth

Eme Luth is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) and IT leadership across several prominent pharmaceutical and technology companies. Currently serving as Executive Director of the ERP Center of Excellence at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since July 2025, Eme previously held significant roles at Envista Holdings Corporation as VP & Global Head of Enterprise Platforms, and at Gilead Sciences, where responsibilities included leading global SAP S/4HANA implementations and managing substantial budgets. Eme's prior experience at Roche involved overseeing large teams and multi-million dollar projects, from demand and supply management to global ERP transformations. Eme’s career began at Genentech and National Semiconductor, where foundational SAP system implementations were realized. Eme holds a BA in English Literature from Northwestern University.
