Josh Cleck

Josh Cleck possesses extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on medical affairs and sales training. At BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., from March 2018 to May 2022, Josh served as Sr Director and Head of Medical Affairs Learning and Development, concentrating on therapeutic areas such as Hemophilia, Achondroplasia, and Gene Therapy. Prior to that, from July 2013 to January 2018 at Merck, Josh held several positions, including Associate Director of Sales - District Manager, where leadership of a sales team and development of an accountable culture was key, and Global Sales Trainer for Hospital Acute Care and HCV, responsible for training strategy execution across multiple brands. Josh also contributed as a Marketing Project Manager, aligning marketing projects with brand strategies.
