Robert Wheeler

Robert Wheeler is an experienced executive in supply chain management and business process optimization, currently serving as Executive Director, Global Process Owner Plan to Deliver at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since March 2019. In this role, Robert leads the transformation of business processes and oversees the integration of enterprise systems such as SAP S4/HANA. Prior to this, Robert held various senior positions at Roche, including Director of Demand to Supply, where management of the supply chain processes for pharmaceuticals was a key focus. Robert's earlier career includes significant roles at Genentech, where responsibilities encompassed master production scheduling and logistics. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Operations Management and Finance from the University of California, Davis, and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry & Molecular Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
