Steve Radspinner

Steve Radspinner currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Operations at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. since May 2022. With extensive experience at Genentech, Radspinner has held various roles including Operational Excellence Principal, where contributions involved Lean & Six Sigma strategy implementation and operational support for multiple projects. As a Principal Engineer, responsibilities included developing commissioning strategies and leading business process improvements. Prior roles at Northrop Grumman Information Systems and Hewlett-Packard included management of engineering teams and development of market strategies. Radspinner holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, respectively.
