Indrė Surgelytė

Indrė Surgelytė has a wealth of work experience. Indrė started as an Auditor's Assistant at UAB E.Mordas ir partneriai in 2014, followed by a Trainee at the Shared Service Centre at Nielsen & Nielsen Holding SSC, UAB in the same year. Indrė then moved on to a Trainee at the Department of Quality at Littelfuse in 2015, followed by a Graduate Trainee at Repostería Valverde in the same year. In 2017, they became an Analyst at Teaching and Projects Department at Kaunas University of Technology, followed by an Assistant Project Manager at UAB "Investra" in 2018. In the same year, they were a Project Manager at Enterprise Lithuania, helping Lithuanian companies export to target markets. In 2019, they became a Business Development Manager at proBVformula, developing sales and marketing strategy, managing Femme Future with proBVformula product development, and developing business relationships with prospective and existing clients. Most recently, in 2020, they became a Senior Business Development Manager at Biomatter (Designs), a synthetic biology company that creates new proteins for health and sustainable manufacturing applications. In this role, they work on the Intelligent Architecture™ platform that addresses limitations of current engineering approaches to unlock completely new horizons for protein design and development.

Indrė Surgelytė obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Financial Accountability from Kaunas University of Technology between 2011 and 2015. Indrė then completed an Erasmus semester at Dalarna University between 2013 and 2014, studying Accounting and Business/Management. In 2016, they earned a Master's degree in Project Management from Kaunas University of Technology, as well as an Intensive course in Information Supply Chain Management from University of Applied Sciences and Arts Dortmund. In 2017, they obtained the Eduk8 Starter Training for Trainers from Erasmus Student Network, and the Certified Project Manager, IPMA Level D from IPMA: International Project Management Association.
