Jennifer Kleiboer

Jennifer Kleiboer is an experienced professional in operations management and product development in the bioplastics industry. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Biome Bioplastics Limited, Jennifer oversees the efficiency of daily operations and manages the global supply chain to enhance productivity. Previously, Jennifer held roles as a Product Development Chemist, where responsibilities included developing new commercial bioplastic compounds and managing technical scale-up projects at Biome Bioplastics Limited and Gendon Polymer Services Inc. Additionally, Jennifer gained experience in customer service and collections management at Allied Global. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Honours Life Science from McMaster University.
