Germán Serrano Martínez

Germán Serrano Martínez has a diverse work experience in human resources and business management. Germán is currently working as the People Director at Biome Makers Inc. Prior to that, they founded and served as the CEO of Tucca, a retail brand. Germán also worked as the Human Resources Director at Gain Dynamics, where they implemented and improved HR processes and managed recruitment, development, and training for the company's divisions in Spain, Mexico, and Research. Before that, they were the Human Resources Manager at Europcar, where they coordinated selection processes, designed and implemented the annual training plan. Germán also served as a Human Resources Generalist at Ferrovial, managing various HR processes for the company's headquarters, and at PwC Spain, where they were responsible for professional development and the implementation of internal programs.

Germán Serrano Martínez completed their undergraduate studies at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid from 2003 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. Germán also attended Freie Universität Berlin from 2007 to 2008, where they pursued further studies in Psychology.
