Sam Costello

Sam Costello has a diverse work experience in the medical field. From 2016 to 2016, they worked as a Gastroenterology fellow at St. Mark's Hospital. In 2013, they joined The Queen Elizabeth Hospital as a Staff Specialist Gastroenterologist. Since 2018, Sam has been associated with BiomeBank, initially serving as the Managing Director and CEO until 2020. Sam then took on the role of Chief Medical Officer and Director until September 2022. Currently, they hold the position of CEO and Managing Director at BiomeBank.

Sam Costello completed their education in the field of Medicine at the University of Adelaide. They obtained a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from 1998 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medicine from 2013 to 2019. Both degrees were earned at the University of Adelaide.
