Dawn Saunders

Dawn Saunders has a distinguished legal career with extensive experience in real estate transactions. Dawn is currently Vice President, Legal at BioMed Realty, a position they have held since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Partner at CGS3 from May 2016 to June 2022, where they specialized in real estate law and was known for their practical approach to getting deals done. Dawn was a Member at Mintz Levin from August 2010 to April 2016, where they focused on commercial real estate transactions, particularly in the life sciences and technology industries. Dawn also worked as an Attorney at Cooley LLP from April 2006 to August 2010, handling commercial leasing and other real estate matters related to mergers and acquisitions. Dawn began their career as an Attorney at Allen Matkins, where they gained valuable experience from February 1998 to November 2002.

Dawn Saunders obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, with a minor in Spanish, from Pepperdine University in 1993. Dawn then pursued a Juris Doctor (JD) degree in Law from the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in 1996.
