James Sauger

James Sauger has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. James started their career in the US Navy as an A-6 BN and later served in the US Navy Reserve as a CDR. Following their military service, they worked as an Equipment Supervisor at Digital Equipment Corporation. James then joined Intel, where they held multiple roles, including Shift Operations Manager and Corporate HQ Site Facilities Manager. At Intel, they managed factory operations, supervised teams, and played a key role in executing programs. After Intel, they worked at FormFactor as the Director of Worldwide Facilities, EHS, and Real Estate. James also worked at Solyndra as Director of FE Manufacturing Operations and Operations Manager. Later, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Pacific Scientific and then as the Director of Operations (Active Devices) at Finisar. Currently, they are the Senior Director of Facilities at BioMed Realty, where they are responsible for overseeing real estate services for life science tenants.

James Sauger attended Assumption University from 1981 to 1985, where they received a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry. James then went on to attend US Navy Flight School from 1985 to 1987, specializing in Low Level Landscaping and earning the designation of Wings of Gold.
