Ryan Anderson

Ryan Anderson has served as our Senior Vice President and Chief Investment Officer since February 2021. Mr. Anderson brings over a decade of institutional life science real estate acquisition experience gained by helping grow one of the largest national portfolios in the United States. He joins BioMed after most recently holding the position of Senior Vice President, Life Science Estates at Healthpeak Properties, Inc. since 2019. Prior to that, Mr. Anderson served in various capacities across the Life Science and Transactions functions within Healthpeak since 2004.
