Frances Powell-Buffin

Frances Powell-Buffin has extensive experience in human resources and administration, currently serving as a Human Resources Coordinator and previously as an Administrative Assistant at the Biomedical Research Foundation of NWLA since September 2008. Earlier career experience includes working as a Cage Supervisor at Harrah's Casino in Shreveport from April 1994 to February 1997. Frances Powell-Buffin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northwestern State University, obtained between 2010 and 2013, and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Bossier Parish Community College, completed from 2007 to 2009. Frances Powell-Buffin furthered education at Louisiana Tech University from 2015 to 2019.
