Christian Rojas Valencia is an experienced production and operations manager with a robust background in manufacturing and quality assurance. Currently serving as Production Manager at Biomerics since June 2023, Christian is responsible for overseeing production, personnel training, and engineering departments, and has successfully established a solid production structure. Previously, Christian held various managerial roles at Abbott and Boston Scientific, where responsibilities included managing production lines, training supervisors, and enhancing operational efficiency. Christian's extensive experience includes process validation, continuous improvement projects, and equipment performance management, underpinned by a strong educational foundation in industrial engineering and electrical engineering from esteemed institutions in Costa Rica.
