Amandine Simon

Amandine Simon has extensive experience in production and operational management within the biotechnology and automotive sectors. Currently serving as Site Production Manager at bioMérieux since April 2012, Amandine oversees the production activities of the Craponne site, managing a team of 220 employees and a budget of 2 million euros. Previous roles include Production Area Manager and Operational Excellence Manager at bioMérieux, where Amandine led significant improvements in production performance and implemented Lean Manufacturing principles. Prior to that, experience at ZF Bouthéon involved leading continuous improvement projects and managing logistics processes, while earlier roles at Renault focused on shopfloor management and flow optimization. Amandine holds an engineering degree in Production, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Quality from Grenoble INP - UGA.
